The Ballina Project

This contemporary apartment building features a bold, refined façade build around clean lines, deep balconies, and warm material accents.  The stepped composition creates a sense of movement across the elevation, with generous glazing opening each level to natural light.  Slender screening elements add texture and privacy, while timber-toned inserts soften the crisp white forms.  A landscaped podium and pergola structure introduce greenery at street level, grounding the building and giving it a welcoming presence.  The upper floors extend into a gentle curved roofline, adding a distinctive profile against the sky.
